1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item defective or malfunctioning
- Wrong item received
- Item not delivered within the maximum delivery window
To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cross-border fulfillment, we do not accept returns for:
- Items without proof of defect
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- Change of mind
- Products used or damaged by the customer
3. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on the bank
- You will receive a confirmation email
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
