We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment centers abroad (primarily Asia) to customers across Canada.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery for Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Remote Regions: 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs or seasonal demand.

3. Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once the order ships.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer:

• Shipping fee as displayed at checkout
• Free Shipping on some orders

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties or provincial taxes depending on your region.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot control customs delays or fees.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, please check:

• Community mailbox
• Neighbors
• Concierge/reception
• Canada Post office
